Reasonable exceptions include customary business courtesies, such as modest tokens (e.g., calendars, pens), provided they meet our internal guidelines and do not influence editorial decisions.

Any potential conflict—such as ownership in outside enterprises, dual roles, or affiliations with competitors must be promptly disclosed to management.
